Bayanat Labs Dataset Template and Release Kit
The repository template that new Bayanat Labs open datasets are generated from, starting with this version. A generated repository carries a bilingual card, a licence on every record, a provenance ledger, a claims ledger, release files and a pipeline skeleton. The release kit adds a card linter (bl-card-lint), a release-gate checker (bl-gates), a manifest builder (bl-manifest) and a card renderer (bl-card-render). The standard and its card checklist are explained on the dataset standard page.

Intended uses
- Generate a new dataset repository with a bilingual card, ledgers and release files.

- Reuse the card checklist for any Arabic dataset.
Out of scope
- A dataset: the template contains no data.
- A substitute for checking the rights of each source: the checks read the licence and provenance records you provide.
